It's county final weekend!

GAA

It's county football senior and intermediate finals weekend, with the Kildare junior champions in Leinster action.

Beginning tomorrow, in the AIB Leinster Junior football championship, 1st round: county junior champions Milltown play St. Mary's Rosslare, in Enniscorthy 2pm. 

Kfm will have live updates with Seamus Dillon on More Music Saturday Sport, Conlan's Family Store and Ice Cream Parlour, Dublin Rd., Athy

On Sunday, due to the St. Conleth's Park redevelopment, the Joe Mallon Motors Senior Football  Final will be in Netwatch Dr Cullen Park Carlow: Celbridge vs champions Naas at 4pm

Naas are going for three in a row senior titles.  

Last Sunday, they completed 5 in a row senior hurling titles.

Kfm will have Commentary with Ger McNally and former Kildare star Ronan Sweeney, in association with Hanlon Concrete, Robertstown

The senior final will be preceded by The Auld Shebeen Athy Intermediate Football Final:  Allenwood vs Castledermot at 2pm.

Kfm will have full commentary with Ger McNally and Seamus Dillon, in association with Glennon's Café,Bar and Restaurant, Allenwood.

Elsewhere, three Kildare Ladies clubs are in Leinster Championship action at the weekend.

Junior Champions Carbury play Gusserane of Wexford on Saturday, while Intermediate winners Suncroft play Naomh Molaoise of Offaly. 

Both games throw in at 2pm. 

On Sunday at the same time, Eadestown play Naomh Ciaran of Offaly.

This evening's Weekend Sports Preview show from 6.30 will look ahead to all the action. 

RUGBY

The first of the World Cup semi finals takes place tonight.

Ireland's conquerors New Zealand face Argentina in Paris from 8pm Irish time.

The All Blacks are bidding to reach the decider for a fifth time - the Pumas have never qualified for the final in their history.

SOCCER

Shamrock Rovers hold a 4 point lead going into tonight's SSE Airtricity Premier Division action.

The Hoops host Drogheda United at Tallaght Stadium where there's an 8pm start.

The other matches kick off at 7.45.

Second placed Derry City are at home to Shelbourne.

Cork City go to UCD, it's Sligo Rovers versus Dundalk.

And there's a dress rehearsal for the FAI Cup Final as Bohemians take on St Patrick's Athletic.
