It previously won in 2024.
Grand National glory belonged once again to I Am Maximus, as the well-backed favourite powered to victory in Saturday's showpiece at Aintree Racecourse.
Ridden by Paul Townend, the 9-2 favourite produced a strong late surge to seal a second win in the famous race, holding off stablemate Iroko in the closing stages. The result also marked a notable milestone for Willie Mullins, who has now landed three successive renewals of the race.
The contest itself featured early drama, with a number of fallers and unseated riders, but I Am Maximus avoided trouble throughout before asserting late on. Jordans finished third, with Johnnywho in fourth.
Victory also continued a remarkable record for owner J.P. MCManus, who saw his colours carried to both first and second place in this year's race.
