Oli Jager has announced his retirement from professional rugby at the age of 30 following medical advice.
Munster tighthead prop Oli Jager has brought his playing career to an end after being advised to retire on medical grounds.
The former Ireland international made 35 appearances for Munster after joining the province in 2023 and earned one senior cap for Ireland during the 2024 Six Nations.
Jager also enjoyed a successful spell in New Zealand with the Crusaders before returning home to continue his career in Ireland.
The 30-year-old said he leaves the game with pride and gratitude for the experiences and friendships rugby has given him.
