15 points win over Wicklow; will play Dublin in the final

Kildare minor footballers are into the Leinster final following last night’s clear win over Wicklow in St. Conleth’s Park

The game was effectively over by half time with Kildare leading by 1-11 to 0-2 points: the Kildare goal by Ben Loakman after 26 minutes.

The 2nd half had the same pattern, with Kildare leading 1-16 to 6 points after 45 minutes.

Killian Browne had Kildare’s 2nd goal 10 minutes later with Kildare leading by 15 points. Final score:Kildare 2-18 Wicklow 0-10

Kildare will play Dublin in the final. Last night, the Dubs beat Offaly 2-13 to 2-4 in Parnell Park.
