It’s a busy week ahead in Kildare GAA

Next Sunday, there’s a double header in St. Conleth’s Park:  at 12.30 the hurlers play Westmeath, followed at 2.30 by the footballers against Monaghan

On St. Patrick’s Day, Naas CBS contest the All Ireland Colleges senior football final against St. Brendan’s Killarney in Croke Park at 2pm.  Kfm will have live coverage of the game, in association with Taaffe Sand and Gravel, Blacktrench, Naas

Also, next Saturday, in Round 1 of the Leinster Minor Football Championship, Kildare will play Offaly at 12 noon in  Bord Na Mona O'Connor Park, Tullamore

And in the Lidl Ladies NFL Division 3 Semi Final, Kildare will play Roscommon on Sunday next, at 1pm in Parnell Park

Kildare’s U20 Leinster Hurling League began with a win over Carlow on Saturday.  Final Score: Kildare 1-18  Carlow 1-15

On Saturday, defeat again for Kildare in the Littlewoods Ireland Camogie Leagues Division 2 against Meath, Manguard Plus Hawkfield

Final Score: Meath 0-14 Kildare 0-6.  Broadford’s Lea Sutton scored all Kildare’s points: two from play and four frees
