A strong finish would provide a major boost to the Waterford golfer's hopes of securing full playing privileges for the 2027 season.
Ireland's Séamus Power will face American Austin Smotherman in a sudden-death play-off today to decide the winner of the Butterfield Bermuda Championship.
Both golfers finished on 16-under-par after three rounds, with tournament organisers cancelling Sunday's final round due to strong winds and heavy rain.
The PGA Tour has shortened the competition to 54 holes, leaving Power and Smotherman to battle for the title in a play-off beginning at the 16th hole.
The play-off is provisionally scheduled for 1pm Irish time, although the start remains dependent on weather conditions, with further disruption still possible.
Power previously won the tournament in 2022 and is chasing his third PGA Tour title.
A strong finish would provide a major boost to the Waterford golfer's hopes of securing full playing privileges for the 2027 season.
