While Manchester City look to move to the top of the Premier League table this afternoon

There are four Manguard Minor Football Championship finals down for decision today.

At 12 o'clock, Castledermot play Confey in the D final.

At 1.30, it's Naomh Bríde against Rathangan in the C final.

In the B final, Balyna play Newtown Gaels at 3 o'clock and at 5, Naas play St Laurence's in the A final.

SOCCER

With Liverpool and Arsenal not in action until tomorrow, Manchester City will look to move to the top of the Premier League table this afternoon.

In the other 3pm games, fourth place Aston Villa take on Bournemouth, Brentford face Ipswich and Brighton host Wolves.

The half-five game Everton welcome Fulham to Goodison Park.

RUGBY

All four Irish provinces are in action today in the last round of URC fixtures before the international break.

Munster, who have lost three of their first five games, are in Durban to play a Sharks side packed with South African internationals at 3pm.

The only two teams with a 100 percent record meet at the Aviva Stadium as Leinster take on The Sharks at a quarter-past-five.

Ulster and Connacht are both in action at twenty-five-to-eight.
