Elsewhere, Charlton beat Brighton on penalties after a nil-all draw, while Nottingham Forest had a 4-1 win over Blackburn.

The last eight line-up will be completed tonight, with defending champions Liverpool away to Manchester City.

Caoimhin Kelleher could feature in goal for the visitors, with kick-off at the Etihad at 8pm.

Five-time All-Ireland winner Jack McCaffrey featured for Dublin North in the Dave Hickey Cup final last night.

The 2015 Footballer of the Year - who last played for the Dubs in the spring of 2020 - wore the number seven jersey in his side's win over Dublin South at DCU.

McCaffrey is back in the Dublin squad for the coming season, with Kilmacud Crokes forward Paul Mannion also set to return.
