Bohemians collected their first win of the season, with a second half Stephen Mallon strike seeing them beat St. Patrick's Athletic 1-0.

Steven Bradley made it four goals in three games for Dundalk, as they beat Finn Harps 3-0 at Oriel Park.

It finished 0-0 between Derry City and Sligo Rovers at the Ryan McBride Brandywell.

While a troublesome sprinkler system was the highlight of a goalless draw between UCD and Shelbourne at Belfield.

Leeds United say their new head coach Jesse Marsch has been on their radar since his days at Red Bull Salzburg.

The American has been confirmed as Marcelo Bielsa's successor at Elland Road.

Marsch's first game will come away to Leicester City in the Premier League on Saturday, and he takes over a Leeds side sitting just two-points above the relegation zone.

Selhurst Park hosts the meeting of Crystal Palace and Stoke City at 7.30pm.

Ukraine's top player Elina Svitolina has pulled out of today's match at the Monterrey Open where she was due to play a Russian opponent.

She has stated she will not compete against any Russian or Belarusian, unless all three of the sport's main governing bodies refer to them as neutral athletes.
