The Republic of Ireland wing back has joined the Spanish club until the end of the season.

Spurs have acquired full back Pedro Porro from Sporting.

Chelsea signed Enzo Fernandez from Benfica on transfer deadline day.

The Argentine World Cup winner has penned an 8 and a half year deal for €121 million.

That's a British transfer record.

Italian midfielder Jorginho has left Chelsea for Arsenal for a fee of almost 14 million.

Newcastle United are into the Carabao Cup final.

They beat Southampton 2-1 on the night at St James' Park and 3-1 on aggregate.

Sean Longstaff scored both goals.

Newcastle will face either Manchester United or Nottingham Forest in the final.

United bring a 3-nil first leg lead into their semi final second leg at Old Trafford tonight.

Kick off is at 8.

Ahead of the match, United have signed Marcel Sabitzer from Bayern Munich on loan to cover for the injured Cristian Eriksen.

In the Scottish Premiership tonight, leaders Celtic host Livingston, with Rangers going to Hearts.

Both matches kick off at 7.45.

GAELIC GAMES

Kilmacud Crokes have until Friday to lodge an appeal to the Central Appeals Committee following the CCCC's All Ireland Club football final ruling.

A replay with Glen was ordered, after Crokes had sixteen active players on the field for the final play of the game.

The Dublin club are believed to have no interest in replaying the game, and could see their case go all the way to the Disputes Resolution Authority.
