The Garda Commissioner, Drew Harris, and Justice Minister, Heather Humphreys, are due to address the event.

Addressing the conference on Wednesday afternoon, the Justice Minister says planned changes to how the Gardai are policed are 'the right thing to do'.
The new policing bill would give oversight bodies more powers to regulate Gardai.
Heather Humphreys says there will be further discussion around the bill, but greater transparency is needed.
