According to the Sunday Times
Kildare, Dublin & Belfast are the locations of Ireland's top three restaurants, according to a new guide.
The Sunday Times list of 100 restaurants, has Chapter One in Dublin's Parnell Square, in top spot.
That is followed by Ox in Belfast, and Aimsir in Celbridge's Cliff at Lyons, Celbridge.
According to Aimsir's website the restaurant, owned by husband and wife Jordan & Majken Bech Bailey were awarded two Michelin stars, four months after opening.
The restaurant opened in May 2019.
In accordance with the website, all produce served at the restaurant "is grown or produced on the island of Ireland."
