The 2026 Employment Insights Report released key figures in relation to workers across Ireland
50% of Kildare and Meath workers believe AI will either replace them or negatively impact them.
This was above the national average of 45% of all Irish employees.

Over half of Meath and Kildare-based workers (58%) now report using AI regularly or occasionally in their role.
Other key findings in Kildare and Meath included that 88% research a potential employer through the company's website before applying for a job.
As well as this, 84% would prefer to complete training through an online course.
72% say clearer job advertisements and being upfront about salary would improve the hiring process.
63% expect to receive a pay rise within the next 12 months, while 64% say work-life balance is one of their top priorities when considering a new role.
Comparing the last 5 years of survey results, FRS Recruitment found that the use of AI in the workplace has grown from curiosity to capability.
Results showed that the majority of workers began to experiment with AI in 2024 before it became a mainstream working tool in 2025.
