A motorist was caught speeding on the Sallins bypass on Monday, resulting in a costly lesson that will likely make them think twice about rushing home with hot food.
Gardaí conducting routine speed checks on the bypass clocked the driver traveling at 110 km/h in an 80 km/h zone.
