Kildare Garda Detect Vehicle Not Taxed For Over 4.5 Years

The vehicle has been seized and proceeding against the driver are to follow.

Kildare gardai have detected a vehicle not taxed for over 4 and a half years.

Naas Roads Policing Unit the van on the R409.

Using the mobility app, it was found to have had no tax for 1,656 days.

Gardai, "furthermore the van's body and tyres were in poor condition"

The vehicle has been seized and proceeding against the driver are to follow.

Naas Roads Policing Unit stopped this van recently on the R409. Using the #MobilityApp, it was revealed that it had no tax for 1656 days and no insurance. Furthermore the van's body and tyres were in poor condition.
