Gardaí are appealing to the public for information
Gardaí in Maynooth are appealing to the public for information following a theft at Carton Retail Park.
On the afternoon of Wednesday 1st March in the retail park a black Citroen Berlingo was broken into between 1pm and 1.22pm.
A number of power tools were taken from the van, Yellow De Walt drill, Yellow De Walt Grinder, Box set of yellow De Walt drills and a Green Hitachi Kango in box.
No descriptions of the vehicles or people involved have been made available to Gardaí
However, Gardaí in Maynooth are appealing to anyone who may have been in the area to come forward.
This is not and isolated incident and Gardaí are warning people to be extremely vigilant with their tools and vans.
Kildare Gradaí are asking people to adopt the 'too good to be true mentality."
If you are offered any of the said tools for a very reasonable price, it is probably because they're stolen.
