ESB crews are currently working to restore power to almost half a million customers.
Estimated restoration times are being uploaded to powercheck.ie - although further outages are expected as the effects of Storm Darragh continue to be felt.
Since 00:13am this morning residents in Kilcullen have experienced the loss of power supply with 159 customers affected.
Since 00:36am this morning residents in Athy have experienced the loss of power supply with 674 customers affected.
Since 1:18am this morning residents in Blake have experienced the loss of power supply with 122 customers affected.
Since 2:07am this morning residents in Portarlington have experienced the loss of power supply with 1306 customers affected.
Since 1:37am this morning residents in Rathangan have experienced the loss of power supply with 128 customers affected.
Since 2:13am this morning residents in Sallins have experienced the loss of power supply with 2030 customers affected.
Since 2:19am this morning residents in Moneycooley have experienced the loss of power supply with 113 customers affected.
Since 6:44am this morning residents in Monread have experienced the loss of power supply with 74 customers affected.
Since 6:56am this morning residents in Celbridge have experienced the loss of power supply with 220 customers affected.
ESB networks apologise for the loss of supply.
They are currently working to repair a fault affecting areas and will restore power as quickly as possible, and are said to be back by 5pm today.
