Teen Max O'Connor Remembered With Love And Gratitude After Drowning Incident

Max O'Connor's mother expressed her gratitude to all his friends who attempted to save him.

The funeral of a teenager who drowned in the Grand Canal between Ardclough and Celbridge took place today.

Max O'Connor's mother expressed her gratitude to all his friends who attempted to save him.

A number of students formed a guard of honour, while some wore t-shirts adorned with a photograph of the 15-year-old from Newcastle.

Max’s mother Dolores thanked everyone around the country who passed on their condolences and messages of support.
