Strategic review of Co. Clare operations underway.
More than 500 jobs are at risk at Lufthansa Technik's base at Shannon Airport.
The Business Post reports the aircraft maintenance company is carrying out a strategic review of its operations in Co Clare.
The paper says it's considering selling the business as management in Germany are keen to cut costs
Other options include restructuring its operations or closing down the plant.
Sadly more bad news for the aviation sector in this weekend’s @businessposthq on top of the Stobart liquidation.
