The jury returned guilty verdicts for the charges that she made threats to kill her mother Maria Luque at Coovagh House in Limerick on dates in 2020.
While there were not-guilty verdicts in respect of other charges on threatening to kill or seriously harm a social care worker at the same location in 2019 and 2020.
Her residency at the unit had been extended beyond her 18th birthday by a High Court order, it was heard.
The jury was told the accused was born a male but identifies as female.
The judge ordered a psychological assessment on Barbie Kardashian ahead of sentencing in July.
