Foreign Affairs Minister Travels To Belfast Today For Talks With Stormont Parties

Pressure is mounting in the North for a Government to be formed.

Foreign Affairs Minister Simon Coveney's heading to Belfast today for talks with Stormont parties.

The pressure's on to convince the DUP to join the Executive when the time comes to nominate a First and Deputy First Minister on Friday afternoon.

Jeffrey Donaldson says his party wont do that until the protocol's binned.

There's growing speculation the UK government could act on the protocol before the end of this week.

But would be First Minister Michelle O'Neill says they need to be realistic:
