A teenage girl has been killed in a serious crash in Co. Meath.
The single car crash happened on the R154 at Pelletstown, Drumree at approximately 4.40pm, yesterday afternoon.
The 17 year-old was pronounced dead at the scene, while a man in his 20s is in a serious condition in Beaumont Hospital.
A third person, a man in his late teens is being treated for non-life threatening injuries after being brought to Connolly Hospital, in Blanchardstown.
The body of the teenage girl has been brought to Our Lady's Hospital Navan, where a post-mortem will be carried out.
Forensic Collision Investigators were at the scene last night, and Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to contact Ashbourne Garda Station 01 801 0600.
