Ireland has left itself 'quite vulnerable' to Russian ships that have sailed into Irish waters.
That's the view of Cork South West TD Michael Collins as the Air Corp and Naval Service monitor the vessels off the south-west coast.
He says the country doesn't seem to have suitable aircraft to watch them.
Deputy Collins says the Russian ambassador must be asked to explain his country's actions:
