The 'Democracy for Ukraine' group will gather at Cork's Grand Parade at 2.30pm, before making their way to Patrick Street.
In the latest attack, a Russian drone has hit a residential building in the southern Ukrainian city of Odesa, killing at least one person.
The regional governor's said on social media that three women also sustained severe burns in the attack.
Rescue services have spent the morning combing through the rubble for survivors.
