They are expected to present TV licence findings to the committee
The Minister for Public Expenditure says there can be improvements within the TV licence system.
RTÉ will appear before an Oireachtas Committee today, and is expected to outline the number of TV licenses is down 5% so far this year.
According to data company Nielsen, 20.8% of households are 'no TV' homes, which rely on laptops, tablets, and smartphones instead of television.
The national broadcaster estimates it needs €13million more from the State this year than it did last year, due to falling license fee revenue.
That's according to findings from RTÉ, which will be presented to an Oireachtas Committee tomorrow.
The national broadcaster told TDs it will need an additional €13.49million this year, compared to last.
