The subsidies, which were introduced in April, are due to be phased out from next month.
TikTok has declined an invitation to appear before the Oireachtas Media Committee to discuss trending videos of people driving illegally.
The platform was invited to answer questions from TDs and Senators, following two high profile incidents of people driving the wrong way down motorways in recent weeks.
