Celebrations Continue As Kildare Ladies Crowned League Champions

They beat Tyrone in Croke Park yesterday

The Kildare ladies football team were crowned Lidl Ladies National Football League Division 2 champions, with a win over Tyrone yesterday afternoon.

The full time score in Croke Park was Kildare 2-9 Tyrone 0-12.

Athy's Neasa Dooley and Carbury's Claire Sullivan scored the crucial goals for the Lillies, as they made it 22 games unbeaten.

Diane O'Hora's side will now look forward to Division 1 football next season and here's what the manager had to say after the game.
