Kildare U20s All Ireland Final confirmed for 1.30pm this Saturday; Three games in the Premier League today.

A significant week ahead for Kildare football and hurling teams.

Kildare will play Sligo in the All Ireland U20 final on Saturday afternoon in Breifne Park, Cavan at the new time of 1.30pm

The game was fixed for 2.45, but Kfm understands that Kildare GAA requested a 1.30 throw-in due to the Kildare hurlers vital Joe McDonagh Cup game vs Down later at 5.30pm.

Kfm will have full commentary with our semi final sponsor Johnstownbridge Service Station, Workwear and Top Shop

 ==========

Kildare hurlers play Down in the Joe McDonagh Cup last Group game on Saturday in Hawkfield at 5.30pm.

On Saturday, they lost to Laois by 1-23 to 0-11, but the result was incidental for Kildare, with survival in the Joe McDonagh Cup for next year, depending who wins next weekend’s game at home to Down.

Kfm will have full commentary of Saturday evening’s game.

Kildare Women footballers beat Longford in Hawkfield yesterday by 3-14 to 2-5 and have qualified for the Leinster Intermediate semi final

But Kildare’s captain Grace Clifford suffered an ankle injury which could keep her out of action for 6 to 12 weeks.

Kildare are away to Wexford for next Sunday. The game will determine who tops the group.

This evening’s Kildare Scoreboard from 6.30 will review the three games.
