Saturday saw four Kildare clubs in Leinster action, with two wins and two defeats the outcome, while on Sunday Eadestown ladies lost the
senior final.

In the Leinster Intermediate Club football quaarter final, Caragh beat Dicksboro 5-10 to 0-7.
In the Leinster Junior championship: Ellistown beat Grattan Óg of Longford by 0-12 to 0-11.
The Ellistown game was preceded by the Leinster Junior hurling club championship: Moorefield losing heavily to Castletown Liam Mellows
by 6-19 to 0-5.
Eadestown Ladies Football seniors recently completed a five in a row Kildare senior titles.
However, yesterday they lost the Leinster Final to reigning champions Kilmacud Crokes in O'Connor Park, Tullamore by 4-14 to 0-3 points.
Kilcock meanwhile won the Leinster Ladies Junior Final, beating Baile Dubh Tire of Wexford 0-15 to 1-9.
