Scotland And Switzerland Play Out A 1-1 Draw In Last Night's European Championship

Later today, England are in action against Denmark

Scotland and Switzerland played out a 1-1 draw at the European Championship in Cologne last night.

Both goals in the Group A match came in the first half.

An own goal by Fabian Schar put the Scots in front, before Xherdan Shaqiri equalised with a fine effort.

Host nation Germany are into the last 16 with a Group game to spare after their 2-nil win over Hungary.

In today's games, England are back in action later.

They play Denmark in Group C in Frankfurt from 5 o'clock.

Also in that Group, Slovenia and Serbia meet in Munich at 2.

The clash of the day sees Spain face Italy in Group B in Gelsenkirchen at 8pm.
