A helicopter's crashed near a nursery school in Ukraine, killing 18 people - including the country's interior minister, and three children.
Police say the aircraft came down in a Kyiv suburb.
Ukrainian Interior Minister Denys Monastyrsky and his deputy Yevgeny Enin, were killed in a helicopter crash in the northern city of Brovary.
Some 15 children are among 29 others who were injured.
It's not clear what caused it - and officials made no reference to any Russian attack in the area at the time.
