Then all of Munster, Carlow, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Offaly, Wexford, Wicklow and Galway, will come under a yellow warning for snow and ice from 9pm.
From Midnight, a 12 hour Status Orange warning for snow and rain will come into effect for Cork and Waterford.
While an orange alert for snow and ice has been issued at the same time for Clare, Limerick, and Tipperary, and will end at midday tomorrow.
