Agriculture Minister says the European Union will respond
Ireland is “very concerned” by the actions of the US administration and its imposition of tariffs on EU imports.
That’s according to the Agriculture Minister who was speaking ahead of an EU meeting in Brussels.
The US is threatening to impose further tariffs on EU imports including alcoholic products that could include Irish whiskey.
Minister Martin Heydon says the European Union will respond as a united front if that comes to pass:
