The alleged crime boss appeared before the Special Criminal Court for the third time today.
49-year-old Daniel Kinahan sat in the courtroom today in a grey suit and black shirt.
It's his third appearance since being extradited from the United Arab Emirates in August, and charged with one count of directing a criminal organisation between 2015 and 2017.
Darragh Macken from Phoenix Law came on the record for the accused at today's hearing, and told the court and application for bail will be made in due course.
He said the timetable for the trial will also need to allow for expert examination of digital evidence.
The court also heard the defence will require disclosures of information into two other international investigations, of which Mr Macken said the accused has been acquitted.
Daniel Kinahan was remanded in custody to Portlaoise Prison, to appear in court again in person on the 21st of December for service of the book of evidence.
