The 38-year-old's defence team claimed McKenzie Michalski died as a result of an accident during a one-night stand
A Dublin man has been sentenced to 14 years in prison in Hungary, for the murder of an American woman.
The 38-year-old's defence team claimed McKenzie Michalski died as a result of an accident during a one-night stand.
However the Judge agreed with the prosecution's case, saying it was not believable the victim would have asked for the encounter to be violent.
The Irish man's legal team has already launched an appeal.
