Army rangers boarded a Panamian registered bulk cargo vessel and seized the drugs on Tuesday.
Five men remain in custody this morning over a massive 157 million euro drugs haul off the Cork coast.
They're being questioned in the south of the country.
Another man was released without charge yesterday afternoon.
