The Green Party leader has revealed former Minister Catherine Martin knew about the IT overspend at the Arts Council and didn't inform the Cabinet.
The Council spent nearly seven million euro on a failed IT system with the project since abandoned.
Green Party leader Roderic O'Gorman has said Catherine Martin was aware of the issue prior to the election, but wanted to bring a detailed review to Cabinet before informing her colleagues of the project overspend.
