Venues will now have to be ticketed
The Government has been accused of a 'shambloic approach' to the re-opening of the late night entertainment sector.
Last night it was announced that from next weekend late night venues would have to be ticketed, in advance.
The Licenced Vintners Association says the Government has failed to take their concerns into account.
They say there's been no differencial made between a nightclub and late night bars.
