But there are growing concerns that could be delayed, due to the spread of the Delta variant of Covid-19.
The strain is now responsible for at least one in five new cases being reported here.

The group say any change to the easing of restrictions would have a financial impact on restaurants as they are preparing for a July 5th reopening for indoor dining.
While, speaking on Wednesday afternoon, the Tanaiste says he can’t provide clarity on whether July’s reopening is going ahead because of the Delta variant of Covid 19.
Restaurant and pub owners have been venting their frustration at the mixed messages coming from Government.
