Transport Minister says who ever is responsible must be held to account.
Ireland has strongly condemned the forced landing of a Ryanair plane in Belarus and called for those arrested to be released immediately.
Eamon Ryan made the comments before Belarussian officials at the International Transport Forum’s annual conference.
On Sunday, a Ryanair flight was diverted to Minsk where an opposition journalist and a social media manager were detained.
