Jessie Buckley has made history.
She's become the first Irish woman to win Best Actress at the Oscars, her fifth major award for her role in 'Hamnet'.
Dubliner Richard Baneham was also honoured for a third time, winning the Best Visual Effects award.
In 'Hamnet', Jessie plays William Shakespeare's wife, Agnes, whose young son dies.
She was asked how special winning the Oscar feels as a mother:
