Man in his 20s killed in single vehicle incident
Gardai in Longford are appealing for witnesses after a man in his 20s died in a single vehicle crash this morning.
It happened at about half-past-midnight at Coolnahinch on the Cullyfad Road.
The driver was removed to Mullingar Regional Hospital with non life threatening injuries, but the passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers at Longford Garda Station have appealed to any witnesses to the incident, including anyone with video footage, to come forward.
