The road remains closed this evening while a team of forensic crash investigators examine the scene
A man in his 40s has died after a crash involving the motorcycle he was driving and a truck in Tipperary.
It happened at about 10 o'clock this morning outside Clonmel.
Gardaí remain at the scene of this crash on New Road in Lisronagh after a crash between a motorbike and a lorry.
The man driving the motorcycle has been pronounced dead and his remains have been removed to Tipperary University Hospital.
Nobody else was injured, and the road remains closed this evening while a team of forensic crash investigators examine the scene.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses who have information or dash cam video footage from this area at around 10am to come forward.
Officers say they're particularly keen to speak with motorists who were present at the crash site, or who have driven past it.
