The Nitelink bus service will not be returning when clubs re-open later this month.
The service, historically, accessed Celbridge, Leixilip and Maynooth
Dublin Live reports there's 'no plans' to re-introduce the night time service, after a letter was sent from the National Transport Authority to a TD.
Deputy Cormac Devlin made the request, to which the Minister says the Government's making 'every effort' to restore the night time economy.
Minister Eamon Ryan admits there will be a need to access public transport to get home after midnight.
