Limits on the N80 from Carlow Town to Enniscorthy, and N81 to Tullow have dropped to 80km/h.
Speed limits on two of Carlow's busiest and most dangerous routes have been reduced from today.
Limits on the N80 from Carlow Town to Enniscorthy, and N81 to Tullow will drop from 100 to 80 kilometres per hour.
Gardaí are appealing to road users to slow down and take note of the new speed limits.
