One of those arrested was a teenage boy and has since been released from custody
Two people were arrested following a firearm incident in Ballymun yesterday.
The incident took place at approximately 3pm.
A short time later, a firearm is reported to have been discharged in the area, there were no reports of injuries.
Gardaí pursued on foot, two males, one of who was on an e-scooter
They arrested the two males, one in his 20s, and a juvenile in his teens.
The male juvenile has since been released from custody, a file will be prepared for the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The adult male remains in custody.
