The Liverpool manager has been given a two-match touchline suspension by the Football Association.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has been given a touchline ban after media comments he made about referee Paul Tierney, following his team's win over Tottenham last month.
Klopp has now been handed with a two-game ban, in addition to a £75,000 fine, after the Football Association judged that his comments constituted 'improper conduct as they imply bias, question the integrity of the referee, are personal, offensive, and bring the game into disrepute'.
Klopp admitted his comments constituted improper conduct as they implied bias, question the integrity of the referee, are personal, offensive, and bring the game into disrepute.
Klopp will miss Saturday’s visit of Aston Villa to Anfield.
