The concerns centre on LGBT issues at the Spiritian run school
Staff at an all boys secondary school in Dublin have reported a 'toxic culture'.
Some 58 staff members working in Templeogue College were interviewed as part of a mediator's report, obtained by the Irish Times.
Last month, around 25 teachers raised concerns about the 'non-inclusive culture' at Templegoue College.
The concerns centre on LGBT issues at the Spiritian run school and the taking down of a Pride Flag in the school's canteen.
A mediator report has highlighted a toxic culture and a clash of culture between leadership and core staff.
It says this is impacting on the staffs personal lives and school life
The report says while all sides feel there is a great future for the college there are 'very different narratives about where the college is now and how it can achieve its potential.'
