The mother of a man killed in a hit and run in Co Monaghan 10 years ago is appealing to anyone with information to come forward.
20 year old Fintan Traynor died after he was struck by a car at Lemgare, Clontibret in the early hours of Sunday, June 26th, 2011.
The driver of the Audi A4 - believed to be a 1996 to 2001 model - failed to stop and fled the scene.
Gardai have renewed their appeal for information on the tenth anniversary of Fintan's death.
His mother Bridie Traynor says they still have an overwhelming sense of loss due to not knowing what happened to him.
