The trade union, Fórsa says it's over the HSE hiring external consultants.

HSE staff who are working within admin are to start industrial action.

The trade union, Fórsa says it's over the HSE hiring external consultants while pausing recruitment for admin posts.

The union claims it's costing the tax payer 3-4 times more than if their own staff were to carry out the work.

Despite the announcement, Ashley Connolly, Fórsa's National Secretary for Health and Welfare says they are open to negotiate with the HSE:
